About the Artist About the Performance Muhammad Ali Deeb is a Palestinian ballet dancer and choreogra- pher. He was born in Damascus, Syria, and currently lives in Ger- many. He participated with Enana dance theatre in its shows in the Arab world during 2005-2013. He was a dancer with the Algerian National Ballet in 2014. He is currently working in Germany as a dance teacher in various private and public schools, and performs individual dance perfor- mances. He works as a choreographer for theatrical performances in Germany. In The End, is a dance performance about crossing borders, leav- ing and arriving, as well as resurrection and resilience. A history of the contrasts that result from the experience of escaping war. The story of the performance is based on Mohammad’s experience with children in refugee camps. In this performance, Mohammad attempts to answer many inno- cent questions that children ask, like: Where is God in all of this?! Why do such things happen to us?! Why is it us and not others?!
