Please indicate which events you plan to attend to help us plan and coordinate the Centenary celebrations accordingly. All seven events are included in your registration package, and no separate registration is required.

Section 4: Registration and Cancellation Terms

Registration is confirmed only upon successful completion of the online payment. Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the participant. If the event or any of its activities are cancelled or significantly modified by the organizer, registered participants will be notified of any applicable arrangements. Registration is personal and non-transferable without prior approval from the organizer. Participants are responsible for arranging and covering their own accommodation, transportation, additional meals outside the scheduled events, and personal expenses. By completing the registration and payment, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Section 5: Terms & Conditions

Participants are expected to comply with the event guidelines and instructions issued by the organizer throughout the Centenary events. The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venues, or program when necessary and will inform registered participants of any significant changes. Photographs and videos may be taken during the events and used for documentation, reporting, and promotional purposes related to the Sareyyet Ramallah Centenary. Participants who have concerns regarding the use of their images may contact the organizer in advance. By participating in the events, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Your contribution will help support the Centenary celebrations and sustain the ongoing mission and activities of Sareyyet Ramallah.

Section 7: Payment Instructions – Online Payment

Registration fees must be paid online through a secure electronic payment gateway.

Your registration will be confirmed once your payment has been successfully processed.

Partner Hotels: hotel names, direct booking links and preferential rates for Centenary participants.
